Turn-In and Pick-Up Appointments
To reduce the amount
of time spent in the turn-in and pick-up of your vehicle, we now provide
a quick and easy means for you to schedule an appointment at our Vehicle
Processing Centers should you so desire. Just click
here or on the "Make An Appointment" button on the left
of this or any other page.
Vehicle Status
Once you have turned in your vehicle, you can track its shipment progress,
or view the maintenance history of your car if in storage, by entering:
1. LAST NAME (MANDATORY)
2. ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER
ORDER NUMBER

page.
